1. Delivery
We ship to all of Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America from Montreal. Orders are prepared within 3 to 5 business days.

We use Canadian and partner postal services depending on the region.

4. Follow-up
A tracking number is provided if available. Please check your confirmation email.
5. In -person pickup
- Place and times of delivery
In-person delivery service is reserved for residents of Montreal and its surrounding areas. The meeting point is located at the Mont-Royal metro station (orange line). Delivery times are Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Confirmation and identification
At the appointment, you will need to present the order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and a valid ID.
- Appointment booking
After confirming your purchase, our delivery team will contact you to arrange a date and time for personal delivery.
- Punctuality and tolerance
Thank you for arriving on time. We are committed to respecting this schedule. A 15-minute grace period is provided for both you and our team in case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Change of appointment
If you wish to postpone the delivery, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
- Attempts to deliver
A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts is accepted. If delivery is unsuccessful after these three attempts, you will need to provide us with a postal delivery address. The shipping costs will then be your responsibility, as compensation for not respecting the scheduled appointments.
